Services offered:

We offer many services to support caregivers of persons with this debilitating disease.

  • Wonderful Wednesdays – Wonderful Wednesdays offers respite to those who are caring for a loved one with Dementia. If you are a primary caregiver, you need a break. Let us help by bringing your loved one to a safe & engaging environment where friends are made & attention is paid
  • Support Groups – This support group is for anyone caring for someone with any form of Dementia and it is held the 3rd Tuesday of each month. At this support group you can expect to discover local and online resources, talk with others who understand the challenges you are facing, realize the importance of taking care of yourself, learn how to cope with the emotional roller coaster, take a break to socialize, and more.
  • Respite Grant Programs – These programs will pay for in-home care for individuals who meet certain income requirements so that their primary caregiver can have a break.
